How PushOne Web-based Polling Works:
During a polling session, the moderator can post questions via the meeting room AV. Meeting participants using their Smartphones go to a secure website (www.joinp1.com) and enter a unique meeting number. From there, they can view questions and enter single, multi-digit, and text responses. When the polling is complete, we post the results instantly during the meeting, allowing the speaker to share the results and promote discussion with the audience. We can also generate reports in MS Excel format that you can review post-meeting.
The moderator has a copy of the PushOne ARS software on their laptop and is responsible for operating the polling session. In a full service meeting, one of our skilled technicians is on-site to moderate the polling session(s). With our subscription package, you can purchase the PushOne Software to conduct polling sessions anytime and with unlimited use. To find out more about PushOne Service Levels, click here.
